Christ in Psalm 119:111 – Pull Up A Chair

Jesus have I taken as an heritage for ever: He is the rejoicing of my heart! Yessss! What a glorious verse we are given this morning! The Word of God has given us eternal because of His shed blood! His testimonies, recorded in the bible, reveal everything about Him. He was there in the beginning, He created everything, He sustains everything, He has redeemed us with His blood, and He will reign King of Kings for all eternity! Hallelujah! Praise Him!

Rev 19:13  And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

Joh 1:1-5  In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.  (2)  The same was in the beginning with God.  (3)  All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.  (4)  In him was life; and the life was the light of men.  (5)  And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

I rejoice because He is in control of all things. I rejoice because no matter how horrible the world is today, I know that He will return to rapture His church and will come back to earth to reign! This is encouraging to me and puts joy in my heart!

Rev 1:5-8  And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,  (6)  And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.  (7)  Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.  (8)  I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

Rejoice with me, Christian. Don’t be anxious and worried! All these things must come to past according to the Scriptures. Instead, be encouraged that nothing that is happening is unexpected with the Lord. He knows all things and He knows what must happen to pave the way for His return!

Luk 21:25-28  And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;  (26)  Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.  (27)  And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.  (28)  And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.
